Coilovers or GFX?

I want my SS to have a more aggressive look. I'm looking at Pfadt Coilovers or GM GFX kit one or the other, there about the same price . I already have 22'' wheels. Which would you do?

I'm thinking the coilovers because of the handling benefits.

Cosmetically i say Ground Effects, makes the car stand out alot more than lowering it.

First off Beautiful cars guys! Secondly, looking at some of the cars that are slammed on here...the look is pretty close as those with Gfx. I like the Gfx better but I was thinking maybe I could benefit from the Coilovers and get a little of both worlds?

Please keep the pics coming and opinions.

I'm not sure you can make a decision with your options being handling or looks, because both are technically for looks. I'm assuming that your're not going to be auto crossing every week, not that coilovers or even lowering springs would make THAT much of a difference. If I were you, I'd spend $250 and lower it an inch, then get the GFX. No sense in wasting money on coilovers when the aesthetically pleasing looks of the GFX will be much more enjoyable to you for a much longer period of time. I closed up my wheel gap the first two weeks I had my car, then immediately ordered my GFX two weeks later.

Either way you'll be pleased. A lowered Camaro looks excellent, a Camaro with GFX...also looks great.

A lowered Camaro with GFX...FANTASTIC

Thanks for your input! I am doing it for looks only, I don't race at all. I'm just struggling with the fact that the car looks good with and without GFX.
I have looked thru the IOM thread but I'm still on the fence. $2000 is a lot to spend when I think the car looks good both ways ya know?

The hardest thing with the GFX on a colored car is to color match them, or do some of these great black/orange themes that I've seen around here. The contrast of it looks excellent. I think the rear diffuser looks great with the center painted black and the rest orange is awesome. Top that with a black spoiler and possibly a black lip and you've got gold...but I'm sure you're already deciding that haha.
