Anyone know if a ZL1 will be at the Orange County International Auto Show?

September 22 – 25, 2011

Well either nobody knows if it will be there or they are not saying. If it is there, take a a lot of pictures for all of us. The Miami Auto Show is at the end of Oct. and no one has said if it will be there either.

I sent an email to GM Customer Service trying to find out if it will be displayed at the Miami Auto Show and got this response:

Thank you for contacting Chevrolet and for your interest in the Camaro ZL1! We appreciate the time you have taken to write us.

We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. At this time, we do not have the listings of what vehicles will be showing at the Auto Shows. We appreciate your enthusiasm in seeing the vehicle and hope to see in the future that you are apart of our Camaro ZL1 family. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

As a reminder, our vehicles come with a 5 year/100,000 mile powertrain warranty that includes Roadside Assistance and courtesy transportation. If you are not currently working with a Chevrolet dealership in your area and you would like to locate one, an easy way to do so is by visiting http://www.chevrolet.com.

Sooo, if you go to the Orange County Show and it is there, take some HD pictures for me.

Thanks guys! My daughter is going to college in Orange, CA. and she called last night to say that she got tickets to the auto show and wanted to know if I wanted to go. If I knew for sure that it was going to be there, I might just fly in and surprise her.

Good news guys! Just called the oc auto show and asked if the zl1 would be there, they said it should be there to call back tomorrow when the cars co

me in for confirmation:h

That is great news, I will let my daughter know. I just checked flights and it is almost $500.00 round trip. I will keep my fingers crossed it comes to Miami.

I would be surprised if it was not. They have made many of the Camaro Introductions here at the OC or LA show. We have had our own Q & A there for the past two years

Thanks Fiascoes1, I just booked my flight, found one for $280.00 round trip. It will give me great father/daughter time together. I hope to see you at the show.
