Tracking after unloaded from train...

My car unloaded from the train. If I keep calling will UP know when my camaro got on a truck?

It says ETA is 3 days from now, which is surprising, but how would they know since it's not a UP truck taking my car?

Any insight?

Thanks.

At least you got an ETA, my car is about 40 min away waiting for a truck to take it to dealer 20 min away. Could be tomorrow, could be next week.

If the rail yard was near Shreveport, think the '3 days' is just a guess how long to get it to Dallas. I don't recall being able to get any info after mine was unloaded at the rail yard. Good news is it shouldn't be long now!

Hey Matt, talked to my dealer today, and there is no real way to track the truck from what they know. I know this sounds like bs, I think the same, bc how would they know when the truck is going to arrive, they need to be ready for it. And my dealer said that when its unloaded and waiting for the truck, they always say that all they know is a 3-5 day wait. Hope that helps..

My dealer last night said he's seen cars show up same day it's unloaded and some take 4-5 days. Guess it just depends on demand and how busy it is up there.
I'm so anxious for it to come in. Been waiting almost 2 months now and sold my car about 1 month ago. Sharing car with wife isn't bad but Id rather be driving a Camaro.

My car arrived at distribution center on 09/18 in the AM. It got unloaded on 09/20. I just got an update that says it shipped today at 830AM. It hasn't arrived at the dealer yet, and its 315pm.

I'll pray yours gets delivered sooner.

Maybe the truck carrying my car got lost or perhaps even worse. But withwr way, this long enduring wait Is excrutiating.

Mine says it left at 1230pm and is scheduled for delivery on Sunday at 930pm, which makes no sense because my dealer said they get trucks every day except sunday......

Plus it's only 3 hours from the distribution center. Technically, right around now the truck should be at least on the outer limits if not in Dallas.

That's not what I'd like to hear.

It still makes no sense though. A truck from OKC shouldn't take more than half a day to get to Dallas. Also it's coming to the most populated area that that distribution center caters to so it shouldn't have had a problem filling up the truck with cars being delivered close to mine.

Time will tell.
