Just so nobody misinterprets my comments either...Vengeance has been great and the amount of time they've had it has been because I kept adding more stuff OR because some suppliers are extremely slow to deliver parts.

I would definitely recommend Vengeance though.

The one thing they can't help me with is a driver mod.....and with very little seat time in a 670hp M6 car.....I am not sure mid 10s will be on the menu.....we'll see though. A6 car....maybe....M6 car...not so sure.

WOW! This thread exploded yesterday, while I was on a plane to Pennsylvania. SuperchargedSS......the Northeast is currently experiencing the same weather that we had down in Florida when I left...WTH???

Anyway, everything is in place, and ready to go for our weekend. I have the pre-party set up and the cruise route is set (although we had to make a slight change to route around the Honeybee festival-- I'm sure we could contribute a Bumblebee or two )

Keep up the hype....we can always make room for more!!!!!

ALSO....if you haven't let me know yet, please PM me your plans. If you have signed up, but can't attend, please let me know. Also, if you will or will not be attending the pre-party. I have to guarantee a number, so if you have said you are coming, and then don't make it....it will be out of my pocket, so the accuracy of this number is really important!!! If you haven't told me you are coming, and then decide to show up, there may not be enough food, because I'm only going to guarantee the number of CONFIRMED.

I'm in will their be any compatition for us v6 camaro's. An what all do I need to race 1\4 mile, halmet etc., and is a normal insurance ok or do I need on for track? Sorry never gone to event like this before. Thx

Bring long pants . You must have insurance but that may or may not cover you. Up to your plan of coverage. Bring a helmet but i don't think they will require one if your slower than a specific time. I think 13. or faster. The track is a little more easy for street cars but it really is up to the track. Basically NHRA rules.

At least you made it as bullet proof as possible, drivetrain wise. Smart move with the M6. I'm sure it will be plenty fast. Did you get a bar in it?

All you will need is long pants. A helmet is required for anything quicker than 13.99. and it must be a snell 2005 or newer. If you have any questions feel free to come ask me or one of the other guys. We are all amateurs!

Please add two more for the pre-party or whatever it's called on Friday night. Prob one more for racing but I wont know for sure until Thursday, late afternoon when they see what rental they get!
