I see you have white as well, I ordered White/Lt Gray 2SS/RS. Hoping for delivery by 10/31 to get the customer retention discount of $1000. Don't know if they will have a grace period, or extend the program...

You should be OK with your incentive. As long as the car
is built and invoiced before 10/31, you can transact your
paperwork to take advantage of the incentive

I see 4300 and you actually need to get
back to 4B00 before it will ship out :(

Hi Becky,

Honestly is there a way you can get a railcar number even if you aren't the originating dealer? I keep running into walls trying to get any info since I have asked for that. No calls back from anyone? Mine showed shipped 9/19 order PVGSZJ and can't get any update from anyone.

Have you tried customer service 800-222-1020?
Sorry, the status doesn't give me the railcar because
I'm not the originating dealer. :(

Yes actually called them Saturday and they asked me to call back today when the department they needed to talk to was available, but today's calls went to voicemail and no call backs.. I am sure they are busy too so I will try again tomorrow.

Just have to say it again, thanks Becky for all you do, your customers are very lucky people

Dealer called tonight said my baby just arrived!!

Gonna pick her up Friday afternoon. Got to say I'm pretty impressed. Ordered it on Aug 26th, delivered on Sept. 26th.
