i have a black camaro, but if i had to choose between a blacked-out camaro and a white one, i would choose the white one. i don't like the all black, blacked-out, murdered-out or whatever u call it look. it looks washed out to me and sorta cheap, like someone took a crayon and colored everything in. just my opinion/taste. that's based off pictures, maybe my opinion would change if i saw both in person.

I murdered out my '09 Cobalt SS... and it was cool at first, it gets a lot of compliments

BUT

a) a majority of the compliments are from high schoolers
b) I got sick of the "Fast and the Furious" comments REALLY fast by older people.
c) I constantly have people trying to race me in it, esp Turbo Diesel Trucks (must be an AZ thing...)
d) Black was the most popular Cobalt SS made..so the resale value is crap.
e) Black is a Pain in the A$$ to keep clean.

I know it's a cobalt, and we are talking Camaros..which is completely different breed... I just think Murdered out is out dated already. UNLESS YOU DO FLAT BLACK. That is freakin sick.
My Vote... Stormtrooper.

Your friend has a botched "RS conversion" on his '70.

No it's not "botched". He didn't want to do a full conversion (split bumper, nose extension, circular turn signals), so he just went with a split bumper. He wasn't try to pose as an RS if that's what you're insinuating.

white, black rally stripes, black 21" gm wheels, unpainted gm ground effects looks awesome. We sold one last February. Still one of my favorites to date.

There are some awesome examples in this thread of both styles. I love the StormTrooper look, but the black car with the white stripes is f*in' amazing! I'd go the ST look myself, but I don't think you could go wrong either way.
