I wanted to say thank you so much for all the time you took giving me the updates. I am sure you get a little annoyed some days even though you act so excited from every post I read through, but still help all of us who can't go a week without knowing where our car is. You are an inspiration to anyone who aspires to be a salesperson, and I have not heard one person on this forum who wasn't amazed with your effort to keep every customer happy.
