I don't like Goodyear tires at all, they wear out fast and seemed slippery to me

I used to have Goodyear Eagle RS-A tires on my 98 Grand Prix GTP. Great traction but terrible tread life, they usually needed replacing every 25k miles.

yea the good years spun real easy all the time, didnt slip the new ones (sumitomo htr z ii) at all and i drove fairly normal all the way back home.

I agree. The only ones i would use are the f1 supercar's. They wear and feel more like an Asian tire. But are twice the cost, so ill stick with nittos.

I had a set of eagle gts that lasted a whopping 12,000! Not for me!!! Had them on a 1985 Z28

Thats because the goodyears were 10+ yrs old and hard as rocks , but i still dont like them either

this is true...still dont think they are worth 300+ a piece for the eagle f1 gs's i had. the new ones are nice, i like em!
