Thumbs down problem with my MRT V2.0

Hey guys !!
So I installed my MRT yesterday to my V6 camaro and I was so excited the sound is AMAZING .. But I noticed evertime I take a left turn while I'm stepping on the gas a little bit ( RMP is between the 1 and 2 and maybe above the 2 by a little bit ) I hear a rattiling noise coming from the passenger window or my rear windshield .. Is this normal and did u guys have this problem and what should I do ?

Thanks !!

Not sure if this has to do with the exhaust but get under the car with a socket and tighten down the bolts on the clamps really tight may just be a little loose.

I was going to say the same thing. Also with a new exhaust, they will tend to sound a bit more raspy, until the carbon residues build up inside.

^^^^This.... You think they are tight but it took me a lot of force to get them to clamp down properly and yeah they will sound a bit hollow until the carbon builds up.

The mufflers do add a bit more cabin vibration so it could very well be the window rattling. I would recheck the clamps, drive around for a while to let the mufflers break in, and then if you are still having this issue take the car to the dealership to have them look at it.

Not with version 2 it isn't. It's louder, but there definately isn't an annoying resonance at any speed in my experience.

Just be prepared that if you call MRT everything will be your fault.

Get it welded! Also MRT V2 has quite a bit of drone in the 2k range but for a v6 it sounds awesome WOT

Go to the dealer and ask them to check your rear and window someone i know had the same sound of window rattling with the bass turn up she took it to the dealer and they said they have to tighten something i am not positive of what it was but it doesnt hurt to check.
