It has High wing spoiler listed under the $3,000.00 TF3 package. I dont know why he wouldnt go by that

I would suggest you call GM Customer Service 800-222-1020 and have them take a look. That spoiler is part of the package, and I'm guessing somewhere it's going to get caught and corrected. But it would be better for you if it's done now before you get the car. The only other option is to go back to the dealer and have them explain why it shows in the package and is being charged twice. Good luck.

10/6 its at dealer. it got unloaded from rail car on Monday and took til thursday to see it at dealer 5 miles away. Dealer says some take up to two weeks!!! Hard to believe that!! Thanks for your help Becky!!!

Automated phone service, First get your Railcar# from your Dealer then
CSX is everything east of the mississippi
Up is everything west of the mississippi

But they all start out on CSX so once they have it in there system they will follow it all the way.

First and most important. Never talk to live personnel at the railroad! Only use automated phone system. If it attempts to transfer you to a live person please hang up. 3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. Example ETTX123456 all together
4. Listen for your update

These automated systems can be frustrating. Keep in mind they are intended for use by folks that use them daily all day long. Like I said if you are being transferred to a live person please hang up and try again.

Thank you again Becky, I've opened a ticket up with GM Customer Service to figure this whole thing out. I don't see why the window sticker and invoice would have an additional $605 high wing spoiler when the $3000 TFE package shows it includes one.
