Perfect car?
Just got back from my dealer for an oil change. caught up with my sales guy and we were discussing my car, I was telling him how absolutely trouble free she's been in the past couple of years, and even told him I wouldn't trade her even if he offered me an even swap for the new 'vette we were standing next to. He said, "I've always heard there's a perfect car for everybody, and you found yours".
I realized how RIGHT on he was, I've had probably 4 vehicles in as many years, never really satisfied with any of them until now. I told him I'd come back to see him when I got her paid off and get a pick up truck, and keep my baby as a weekend ride... Anybody else find their 'PERFECT" car?

The Camaro is a great car. I've owned 6 different ones, of different generations, throughout my years. It occupies a spot that fulfills a lot of my needs for a fun, American made vehicle.
I've owned so many cars, though, that I like each one differently and for different reasons. There is no "perfect" car for me. Automakers have tried making the "perfect" car, and most of them end up looking like colorless blobs that try to do everything, but aren't good at any one thing. The reason I like the Camaro is because it's brilliant in a lot of areas, especially cheap-thrills performance. But it's not the car I'd take with me to go explore fresh snow in the mountains.... |

Yup sure have. First she was Teal, then she was Black, now she's Inferno Orange Metallic and they've all said Camaro.

I've yet to find mine. After my G8 I thought about a camaro but couldn't get the right deal so I went for the charger. Now don't get me wrong, my charger is an excellent car, better than the G8 in almost every aspect (comparing my base G8 to my base Charger) but I long for something different.
Perhaps someday I can get a camaro to go along side my charger, or perhaps I'll trade my charger in on a challenger. I guess right now I just don't know what I want...

Perfect for what I need today - performance, looks, reliability in an above-freezing weekend driver. May add a classic to the garage someday, but that would be a different beast and probably not for speed.

My Perfect Car was my 2010 Corvette Grand Sport then it was the 2011 ZR1 I wanted, well then it was building the 2010 Grand Sport(which I did) now I want a Twin Turbo Audi R8 V10 but all in all driving my Camaro Vert back and forth to work is very enjoyable.
