wash it, dry it with the leaf blower and put it back in the garage under the cover and let it snow, I like the cool air, Summer was to hot.

i think i still have like a month of driving before its put away for winter i really don't mind though. i think its actually kind of fun to store a car then drive it again. if my DD wasnt so nice and cool then i might have a problem putting it away lol

Why would I put it away? I bought it to drive it, lol. I have a pick-up truck that I'll drive if the roads are snowy but just because it's cold I'm not going to "store" my car. These cars love cold weather if it's just cold and not icy.

About this time of year I am sick and tired of washing it so I'm looking forward to parking it for a while. In fact, it's been in the garage under cover for the past 3 weeks because it needs a rest.

I have have never had flat spots on my tires after being put away for 5 months. I am planning some minor mods and maintainance this winter and I am ready to get going.

Rub it in y dotcha!! I just moved from Florida to Indiana..Im from Indiana and only lived in Florida for a year but thiz is the first winter w the camaro. Its my daily driver so mine will b out and about in thd snow. Not in super bad weather tho. Not looking forward to it...

As people have mentioned above it is not too much effort to put her away. I put my girl away yesterday and won't see her now until May 2012. Sigh! It is going to be a long winter!

Angie7, just get a good set of winter tires and you'll be fine. The LS/LT Camaro is actually a good winter car and can be fun to drive in snow.

You really don't need to put it on jack stands, as the tires and suspension will be fine after winter. I also like the fact that in an emergency the car can quickly be moved. The most important one is the battery tender.

I agree, itd be a bitch moving it if a fire broke out and it was on jackstands.

Battery tenders are cheap Ive got 4 hooked up during the winter. I bought mine off Amazon for about $8.00 each.
