Rain X can ruin your windshield. Me and a couple of buddies have been doing a test with it. Every car that we have used Rain X on has tiny pin holes from rock chips in the glass. The cars without it, don't have it. So you guys choose about the Rain X.

Well....to test it ya have to have rain.

We are in the worse drought in 70 years. Next water restrictions coming down will probably nix washing cars so...

Guess I better pass on the offer.

Thanks anyway!

I WANT TO TEST ADAM'S GLASS SEALANT!

Hopefully I'm not too late. I own Rain X and have yet to give it a try, what I will do is do half and half on my windshield and do a comparison review that way. Hopefully I made it, once my PC comes in, I'm going to town on cleaning this car haha.

Try them all

I have been using Rain x for a long time. Purchased Invisible glass made by

Stoner and boy oh boy what a difference. So far Invisible glass is thee

product of choice. The glass is so clean that at time I have to look twice to

determine if my passenger window is up or down. No lie ! Try it and I am

sure you will be surprised at the results. Now to be honest I have not tried

Adams glass cleaner.Depending on price including shipping I might be

inclined to try it. But for ease of purchase , cost , ease of use Invisible glass

gets the nod.

Not really a direct comparison... rain x is a sealant, IG is a cleaner... thats like comparing car soap and car wax to see which is better. 2 entirely different genre of product.

Man I'm sad in the pants that I missed Dylan's offer to try out the Adam's Glass Sealant . . . I've been looking to get some for quite a while. Post up those reviews!

Windshield IS the glass to use it on! You must be doing it wrong.

I'm sorry for laughing, but ROCKS deteriorate your glass just fine without any help.

I'll give away 3 of our Perfect Vision Glass Kits to Camaro5 members willing to use them and post their reviews here on the forum.

The first 3 members to volunteer by posting in this thread (and who don't already have our glass sealant) will be chosen!

To volunteer post a picture of your car and the phrase "I WANT TO TEST ADAM'S GLASS SEALANT!"

No strings attached... I'll ship you the kit for free, you use it and post your review (good bad or otherwise) on the forum.
If you really want to test it against rain-x I drive 120,000 miles a year 24/7/365... My truck has 2 windshields, so it would be easy. Be warned though, I'll be brutally honest if I review it.

Rain X actually softens your glass allowing rocks to break it easier. Idk how or what causes it, but in the test that me and some other guys did. The glass that we used Rain X on had a ton of tiny pinholes in it while the other ones still looked brand new.
