I have been considering a change for quite some time now. I will stay with the same company as they are awesome but as everyone that works in IT knows that it never sleeps.

12 Years of middle of the night phone calls are getting a little old. I'm thinking maybe moving into Project Mgmt or something of the sort.

I am 24 and have been working as a software engineer for 3 years. I have a CS degree and graduated a year and a half ago. Getting married next year.

I recently got a job for a different company that pays me enough to have the "essentials", my Camaro and my wonderful Fiance (who loves my car as much as I do)

As you can see, 21 years with the Navy,10 years as a environmental Inspector with Chemical Waste Mgt. And finally 11 years as a construction inspector with a engineering firm.. Retired now have not worked since may of 2010.
Still not use to being home all the time.

Yup, used to be an OTR truck driver then went to nursing school. Been an E.R. nurse for roughly 6 years (I'm 38 now). I love what I do but it's stressful as HELL! I figure once my daughter finishes college I'll look into going back to school to do something else. I'll never let my nursing license go as it's providing me a very good life plus there's such a variety of things I can do with it, but when I go back I'm going for something completely different. I figure I'll be in my early 40's when that happens and although I have my reservations about the whole thing I figure it's my life and I need to make the most of it.
