The sad thing here is that we now have a new engine that will draw interest starting this upcoming model year, effectively killing any interest in the LLT aftermarket. If we don't get a tune by then, it is unlikely that we ever get a true tune that can be done at the dyno or at home. Our best alternative might be using standalone units, but I have real concerns about that option because one of the main obstacles to tuning this unit is the new technology. With direct injection and the pressure that goes with it, I think we're better off letting professionals crack our ECMs, meaning that any standalone units would probably be as fruitless as Trifecta's tune has been when it comes to high-performance.

I am running a k&n Cai, MRBP catback exhaust, shorty headers, throttle body space, mass air sensor, and ZEX nitrous. I am only running a 55hp shot, because I lack the ability to retard the timing easily. Like many others out there who are modified, I am not looking for a tuner just to pull out hidden horsepower existing in the stock engine, but to fine tune the mods I have added to the engine. I could easily run a 100hp shot if I could quickly retard my timing myself. This is the market that is out there. Not the guy who buys, and does nothing to the car. I'm sure there a ton of us out there.

i would have to agree with all of you, ive been researching, and the only tuner would be the two unknown brands, trifecta, and hypertech max energy, and both of those wont do well with my mods. im know hypertech wont get ride of longtube header cel, but does anyone know if trifecta will?
