And dude that SUCKS for him that he got booted. But whether there's "evidence" in this picture for what he did, people don't get boots for no reason. I don't find it HILARIOUS but I don't think folks going OMG SO NOT FUNNY is quite the right way to look at it either. More like bummer for him, and how do I find out what he did so I can avoid it!

I would honestly guess its for his own security---most boots I see on vehicles placed by law enforcement don't use that type of boot.

Remember the video that was posted of the guy who flew over a train crossing with his cousins(?) Camaro and totalled it? It sucked to see it happen, but it was still funny. Same here.

Wow, seems a lot of people have no sense of humor... I don't find it utterly hilarious, but it is funny... and how do we know it's for not paying tickets, or recurring parking infractions? Because that why they keep track and then issue the boot after so many... if it was something else they would have towed it.

That wasn't really funny either. Those guys were borderline retarded.

As far as boots go atleast that one is pretty unlikely to damage your wheel but you also better hope you notice it before trying to drive off.

Whatever the reason he has it, it would be nice if the kind folks at city hall would keep assorted colors on hand so they match the car. Having a boot on your Camaro is bad enough but nobody, NOBODY should disrespek the car with a non matching boot.
A silver boot would have restored SOME honor to the situation.
