The current color pallet is terrible! They need a brighter blue or green color. I like orange but IOM looks too much like red to me.

Lemans blue sold well in 1969. I guess color preferences have changed. He can say no all he wants. Doesn't change my opinion.

Aye ...Today, people seem to only drive Silver, grey, white, earthy colors.
All the cars look the same and all the colors look the same.
Seems like the masses are conforming to a sheep like existance!

Yes, individualism is out nowadays. Its all about being a lemming.
I don't want a high performance car that looks like turd, otherwise I'd buy a viper.

The right color is every bit as important to me as the performance. In fact I am considering not buying a ZL1 now because of the color choices. You see, If I'm paying the amount it looks like they are going to cost, which is now about 10g's over what I and everyone else thought it was gonna be, I at least need to like the color. So there's at least one possible lost sale due to boring colors. I've got my eye on a new synergy green SS as a possible alternative..I like that color, and It leaves me 30k in upgrades and mods.

It just seems to me good colors are a pretty easy option to offer to allow people to have a little individualism in their ride. I don't really want to "settle" for a color that I'm "ok" with. Its easy if the color you happen to love is available, but a lot of people are bored with the common colors on vehicles.

.

I was really hoping for the dark titanium from the Silverados.

Gray with gold highlights might be really nice in the sunshine, but the blue highlights speak to me. We do have a dark blue metallic, but the blue-gray (or Dusk Blue) would have been my first choice.

Still, there are enough choices that I'll be happy.

I wonder if after ordering via workbook, could you change the color before production starts?

If I see the ashen gray in person I might decide to go that way. I do want to give it a fair chance. The pics look sweet.

I like all of the colors except for IOM; reminds me of tomato soup!

Reality of the situation is that some of the colors that we would like
on our camaro's, would probably not sell well on the others cars being
built at the same manufacturing plant. It's a business and so there are
some trade offs involved, I'm just glad there making my new car early next year.

Do they build mixed models at the same time in that plant?

Trying to have some additional colors such as the ABM has been discussed
many times over the past year. Fbodfather has commented several times
that they will produce the colors that will sell best. He also said that the
camaro is just one of several cars to be manufactured at the Oshawa plant. If my memory is right I belive they are the new Buick Regal, the
chevy Impala, and the equinox. I just don't have the time to try and look
up the old post at this time. If I'm wronge about which ones they are currently making along side the camaro I'm sure some one will correct this
post.
