Funny. Seems like alot of visitors confuse us with having our own country.

That's funny since I had a similar experience with a car shipping company when I bought from Camaro Scotty. I asked if they shipped to Hawaii and the guy on the phone told me they only ship inside the country of the United States. I politely said, "Oh, ok, thank you for your time!" Anyone that doesn't know and runs a business (such as shipping) I'm not so sure I want to do business with them.

I had mine installed by Bode at BSM Performance. Did a great job, but he has been pretty busy lately.

Do you live in Hawaii Kai? Those townhouses look familiar like the ones at the Peninsula.

I'm gonna go ahead and 2nd the vote for Bode at BSM, I've taken a few different cars to him over the years and always been real happy.

Jeez, several years actually, it was probably '01 when I first took my '99 SS in for some work, went back a bunch of times while we still had the track. I've gone back a lot since then for other stuff just because I'm comfortable working with them.

Thanks for the recommendation. I have been emailing him for about a week. Hopefully I'll get down there to speak with him in person sometime next week.

FYI they are closed on the weekends. A bunch of us are going to Windward Mall saturday for the car show if interested. Cant miss us since just about all of the 5th gens are parked side by side and are sitting in a big circle somewhere close to our cars.
