What sounds fair? I've thought of two options.

1) just set a price that takes in to account what I paid and my labor porting it.

2) let people PM me bids for a week and highest bidder gets it.

I have no Idea what V-Max will be selling for or what type of work or gains they'll have so it makes it an interesting deal for all parties involved.

I can say that it makes a difference that you can feel. You won't be left wondering if it made a difference. It seems to get better after about 100 miles, similar to the ported throttle body.

$14.60 sounds good to me as long as you pay shipping! Hahahah, man, i wouldn't even know where to start. You know where to find me, and as you can tell im not real smart, when it comes to dropping money. Think on it, and let me know.

Awesome! My three ankle biters have sweaters too. My wife is crazy! She is hot though, so it makes up for it.

Hey, where are we getting those badges from?

If you are referring to the TEAM LLT badges. Those are from emblem pros. You are in the right thread, just need to go back to the early pages to read up on them. Not sure they still have those offered. We did a group buy a while ago in order to get them made up for us.

Start with his cost for the manifold, find out how many hours he has into the porting. I thought he said 8. Figure out an hourly rate. I have an idea in mind but don't see this on my mod list anytime soon yet.

Good Luck

i have an idea of the price for Tracy's ported intake manifold, when he get's those going. not sure if that price can be shared right now. Hard to put a price on something that doesn't have any numbers to back it up.

10 hours.
I paid 175 for the manifold.
I'd like to get 20.00/hour (I'll throw in the consumables for free).

original cost $175.00
labor 10@20/hr $200.00
shipping $25.00

Total 400.00

The V-Max T-body was pretty thin on #'s when it had people lining up at the door.

If nobody wants it at that price.................no hard feelings here.

I think 200.00 for the labor to make it what it is is pretty reasonable.

well, i don't want anyone to get screwed, so i'll just say that asking price of $400 is more than what Tracy's manifold will cost.

edit: although if it somehow gets better gains than tracy's, then i guess they wouldn't be getting screwed. lol Numbers on this manifold would do wonders for the sale, imo.

I'm assuming that Tracy will have a core charge just like the T-body.

If you took the core charge out of it mine only costs 200.00.
I bet his'll go for more than that.

P.S. not arguing here just discussing. Like I said, no hard feelings here!

oh, i see. didn't know you were willing to take someone else's core back. in which case, $200 isn't bad.
