Anyone here use this before??

Is it worth getting?

Is it easy to apply yourself?

Would you Zaino first then apply clear plastic or apply clear plastic, then zaino?

Iv'e seen them on the cars from SRT Track day I went to. . . Very cool stuff can't see it unless you are really looking. . .

I called a local shop and they wand $900 for the front of the car. . . bumper, front of the hood, mirros, part of the fenders. .

that's a lot of $$$$

not sure what I am gong to do.

I would definately NOT try to do it yourself. Unless you have experience.

I've used 2'X2' sections that I cut into halves to put on the rear bumper of my 94Z for burnout contests.

As long as you don't have a metallic color, it should work fine. I've seen it on a bunch of Corvettes and you can hardly tell it's there...

I do have a Dark Blue Metallic car and it still works fine

+1 - it definitely is good stuff though. Try and find somone who uses a computer program to cut out the film. They piece or pieces are nicer fitting.

Anyone wondering about the 3M "clear bra" should go to this site and view the video. I had them put it on my '08 Malibu and never once regretted it. They have even "wrapped" exotics. Couldn't imagine the cost of that.

I just contacted the closest place near me that does this and I was quoted a steep 499 plus tax.

They're great until you have to remove them...from then on your opinion will be forever changed and permanently installed.

I have removed two...unfortunately I already had it installed on my car when we had to pull it off a friends. A year or so later, the dealer curbed my front and I had to remove it off my car. Never again will I ever consider putting one on a car. Not worth it IMO.

I have had it in the past and did not like the way it looked after 3 years. BUT, I did not do it on my SKY and I am starting to Regret it. The rock chips on the front and infront of the rear wheel on the Well Flair, is really getting bad and with only 12,000 miles! I am seriously considering for the very front.....NOT ON THE HOOD, and for the Flair in front of the rear wheels.
