Note to LPE:

Please pack nitroglycerin tablets, defibrillator and cleaning supplies for Big Mike, Pete and all the 'experienced' guys like us at LPE (Ken, Graham and Mike) Hey Graham -- The L/28 turns and runs longer than 8 seconds

Don't forget the mops and wringers to clean up after the from the crowds.

Amazing, Graham has'nt snuck in to say anything yet.
I think once Mike gives him the "ride" he may just start to love carving up a road course.
I can see it now.....If we play with the tune we can make the torque come on smoother to exit the curves at 1.36697 G's.....

Hey those are good problems!

Hey you do have your majic black box installed in the car? I would love to see what kind of G's it is hitting.

It's probably not much different than yours or mine Mike.

Well.. except I race on fatter lower 18's instead of 20's... and mine don't have any tread..
Optima has a stupid 200 tread wear rating rule on tires.... should be more like 140..

Dang it man...I already have 3 1/2 sets of tires now....oh well one more set for the road course wont hurt too bad.

Maybe they will be the first ones on the new tire equipment.

Is that what you were running on the video a while back? If so that was sweet! You have to do the same thing for this run!

Hey Mike and Pete,
Spent many years doing the left right thing, whilst working at Lotus. Never tried this Drag Act stuff till I met JL.

Graham.

Hey Graham, as long as cool cars going faster than envisioned are involved...its all good!
I will bet the left, right thing has changed a lot since those days. Out of curiosity what kind of G force were they hitting in the curves back then?
