I probly have you beat. This car will be my daily driver as well, and I will put about 30,000-33,000 miles on it a year.

I drive about 60K per year as a manufactures field rep. These cars are for driving, not garage trophies. It will look near new at 100K...late next year.

You guys make me feel good. Mine will be my DD also-only about 15K/yr here. Then again, I have an easy 4-mile commute. I'll have the most (reasonable) fun possible in that commute though!

If you were planning to enter it in a demolition derby, or cut it up with a chainsaw as a piece of modern art, then we'd hate you.

Hate you ?

The only reason to buy a vehicle, of any type, is to drive or ride it !

I know people with 10 year old motorcycles with only 1k miles on them ! What a waste! I've seen the same thing with sports cars and muscle cars, people buy them just to let them sit ! If you are a serious collector and you just bought a car that is very rare, maybe one or two left in the world then o.k. park it in a museum somewhere, but don't buy a production car and let it sit !!!!! DRIVE IT !!
