there were signs under the stop signs that said "except for right" ...only in PA!

I saw the signs under the stop sign, even paused the video to try and read them but could not. I knew there had to be a good explination, I was sure there was no law breaking going on from UpstateC5!

Nope, not us Scooterman was the only one breaking the law by doing burnouts and wheelies in the walmart parking lotPlus that aftermarket exhaust was probably for off road or racing use only
