I just got my 2012 and have absolutely no gripes about the steering well. Ergonomically it's sound and the controls are intuitive. The steering wheel is the last thing i'm thinking about when driving with 426 HP under the hood.

Calm down people. It's not a big deal.

i wouldn't say it looks like a sports car steering wheel, but it's not high on my list. i'm way happier that the dash looks much better quality

If I hear one more person say anything about the F$&*ing steering wheel, that isn't directly affected by it I will go berserk. This thread is not turning into one of the million steering wheel threads. Also the steering wheel is from the VOLT not the CRUZE.

I'd agree with ya 1000%. You hit it on the nail head! Plain arse reVOLTing (no steering wheeel pun intended) Ugly face. That is unless you're a fan of Burt on Seasame Street.

I like the wheel. It's smaller if you don't like it and don't have one what do you care. Those of us that bought it have to deal with it. There was so much upside on the 2012 the wheel is not a factor.

I thought someone might pick that apart after I hit submit!

My point is that it's possible to enjoy the car even with the new steering wheel.
