I have herd rumors of some dealers asking 10K over. My dealer said since I pre orderd even before GM was accepting pre orders I am MSRP but ppl after me got a 3K mark up.

When I was looking around before I ordered in October, I had a dealer email me back saying they wanted a 10K deposit and were going to charge 10K over MSRP because of "limited availability and high demand".
