Hmm, I wonder how much I've spent. I don't like to think about it, lol.

Injen Powerflo CAI: $325.00
DT Shorties and Cat-Back: $840.00
- Labor: $600.00
TSW Wheels and Tires: $2400.00
Rear Differential Swap: $1600.00
Trifecta Tune: $600.00

Gary's Painted Bowties: $150.00
Assorted Vinyl Accents: $250.00

Total: $6765.00 Approx.

Ok....ya.....now I know why I don't like to think about it, lol. I totally woulda spent the same money on mods with an SS, though.

Yeah I was just thinking about this a week ago. I went through and added stuff up and I was around 5k. I have an LS so I am still well under 30k and loving it.

No one can tell me that GM and the CAMARO, did not make a huge impact in the car aftermarket parts business. I was at SEMA today and that show is HUGE this year, thanks to people like you guys. Keep it up, America and the auto industry need you.......seriously! Bone stock is boring.

Just $4,590 for me (give or take). Only $600 of that is labor, I really enjoy the fun of installing this stuff- Thanks to all the members and vendors for the great how-to posts!

This site is amazing for consistent good cheer and sound advice!

I hope someone at "CamaroNow" gets a look at this thread. They seem to have forgotten V6's exist after the first issue. Maybe they'll see we do spend a little $$.

I sent them an email explaining this very subject.

The question is what percentage are we? Truthfully I can't tell you how many camaro's I see that "seem" to be stock. The reason I say that is I see the tin cans on the back. Almost everyone here with mods has removed the tin cans.

I hate to say it, but this car is extremely popular and it seems most buy it as a finished product.

At least that is how I see it in my area.

The only good side is when I bought my car I was one of the few camaro's on the road and now there are many, but I am still one of the few.

PS: MRT is the most popular exhaust on this site I would be curious how many they sell in a year to how many camaros sold. If I were to guess I would say it is 20% on this site that have MRT. It isn't exact science, but I would think most modders would visit this site or the other.

Very good point, and I think you're right for the most part. At my college there are probably 8-10 V6's and 6-8 SS's. Of all of those only about two or three are modded and they are all an SS.
