Thumbs up 2011 SEMA SHOW - Pre-Day 1 Pictures - CUSTOM AWD CAMARO!!

The Custom Shop combined the rear of a 2010 Camaro with the front of an original 1968 Camaro. Then they used the transmission and front drive from a 2008 Trail Blazer SS to create the "SSAWD" (Super Sport All-Wheel Drive). They will be using Forgeline 20-inch VR3S wheels, F1 ProCharger, and MUCH more!

And YES.... it is ALL WHEEL DRIVE!!!

We will also be shooting a feature video of this car this week while we are at the 2011 SEMA Show in Vegas, including an interview with the car's owner, talking about all the details of this extremely custom car, and everything that went into the build. Keep a look out for that video soon!

Be sure to check back soon for the full Video Feature!!

I can appreciate the work that went into it. Tons of work and tons of cash. Unfortunately, it does nothing for me. It now looks little like a 1st gen or a 5th gen.

They ruined the front end with all that stuff. It has like 5 splitters. It just doesnt have that smooth flow that a custom car needs. Way to much going on.

Giant waste of time, money, and man hours in my opinion. But to each his own I suppose. Its just U-G-L-Y...it ain't go no alibi! Its ugly! Sorry, I couldn't resist myself.

Uh, the engine looks good. Sorry, I want to like it but, damn. I'm sure y'all put a lot of time, money & effort into it. The grill & ground effects just don't look right.

I gotta say...I was excited when I first heard about this build (the tech and power train and all) but you have to have the full package and this honestly looks like an attempt to do something that hasn't ever been done before. But, there is a reason why someone has never done it.
