Why ADM converts all Blown L99 Cars - DATA

So I have decided to fill my shop with L-99 forced induction cars for the winter......Here is why!

Over the years we have been converting L-99 cars to LS3 valvetrain to improve both performance and effiency. We have built countless numbers of these cars and would like to show you why.

BASE CAR - 2010 CAMARO SS AUTOMATIC BONE STOCK WITH ADM INTAKE

91 OCTANE WITH STOCK TUNE

Pre dyno before Magnusun tvs 2300 install -

Conversion time!

The customer that owns the above mentioned car got wind that he can make close to 100 more horsepower by just converting his car over to
LS3 Valvetrain components and same boost.

His list of parts was very simple:

Add - GT11 Cam
ADD - ADM Cam install kit
ADD - 3.6 Pulley
ADD - LS3 Conversion kit-R/R Heads,Cam,Dampner Block,Valleycover,Gaskets,Seals,Timing Gear,Mod Oil pump,Lifters,Lifter Trays
ADD - ADM Retune

I believe the conversion to LS3 and the cam will add alot. But you stated the "same Boost" .. when your going down a pulley size will the boost increase?

hey please dont jump on me for this question bc i admit im very new to the tech specs of this car but i was wondering for my L99 if this would be a good decision, the power gains are awesome. first question does my transmission need swaping cause i found the conversion kit and no info on that part. and if not too vague of a question, who would this type of upgrade be good for. i want to drive my car daily but still have a monster on the track on weekends. (12.59 @111mph) 1/4 mile

my mods are (intake, arh LT headers, ATAK axel back and tune)

With ls3 conversion using gt11 cam you lose boost. We pulley to 3.6 to get it back to equal.

Good analysis though.

That's not really a fair comparison if you're only trying to see the conversion......but whatever good numbers

You probably would have been more happy to see us put that same 3.6 pulley on when it was an L99 and seen the graph.....we did that and it KNOCKED......made less power than 3.8 pulley.

Now does it make since to you...maybe a fair comparison after all!

Or 3.8 on both. Although there would be a boost drop there should be a noticeable increase in power since blower rpm is staying the same.
