Great input guys, much appreciated. Would the 3.91 Gears effect it's street manners much?

Do you have a budget and can that budget change or should I say increase in the next few months? Just want to make sure you get the most bang for your buck and are happy with the mods you spend your money on for a long period of time. With the LS3 I've always felt the 416-418 stroker stock bore was the best bang for the buck (impressive torque and power on an NA build). The genious in Houston (Erik at HKE) built one that made 670hp on pump gas. I have a LS3 429ci and it is very streetable Im lovin it 703hp with 610 bein to the wheels!

To an extent yes. But i haven't quite made up my mind on what it can be. I believe a read another post about that issue with the 4.10s. Common?

That was why I went with the 3:70 gears that are made by OEM supplier.

How do you want to get there, and how do you want the car to drive?

We have hit 538-540 rwhp on pump 93 octane on a stock short block, but it is a bit aggressive. The highest we have done stock displacement was 568 rwhp..a bit more radical still and that would require 98-100 octane to do that one.

Of course if you want to go bigger cubes, then that makes it much easier to do, but remember if you keep the bore the same and just increase stroke it will not do much for HP, but a ton for torque...given the exact same combo, just a longer stroke expect 15-18 hp, and 35-45 ft-lbs of torque increase.

gears would help with what you have now.. and would help with a cam as well...

After my JRE 470RWHP cam install I have major traction issues. I realize my tires are the problem. But I see no need for more power.

I think 550 at the tire would be very streetable. I have a cam that some people would think is agressive but to me it's tame. An acquaintance has 545 at the wheels na. Full bolt ons, ls7 heads big ass cam, fast intake meziere water pumP good tune and gears. Its a daily driver
