VA emission

Purchased some bbk headers and been reading that will not pass emission with them installed is this true ???? (hope this is false)

Depends on where you live if they inspect emissions. If you have a check engine light for an emissions related item you will fail emissions.

If shorties, you'll be fine.

If LTs, there are other complications you'll need to sort through. The way the VA laws are written, I believe you will fail if you have one or both of these: 1) any DTCs, 2) more than 1 readiness monitor doesn't set. The tune will prevent any DTCs and more than 1 readiness monitor from setting, not to mention increase the gains you see from bolting on LTs.
