Well it looks like supplier pricing is higher than invoice according to what I found for an 09 vette:

Invoice: $43,951

supplier price $45,549

This is the reply I got on Thursday about GM Supplier pricing. . . . .

Hello Mark,
Thank your for your interest in GM Supplier Discount.
We are unaware if or when the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro will be eligible for the Supplier Discount.

Sincerely,

Tracey L. Snow
GM Supplier Discount

First, a dealer invoice is the number that includes advertising fees charged by GM.

I just pulled the invoice for a 2009 Corvette Convertible 3LT and here are the numbers.

66,795.00 MSRP
59,992.10 Invoice
59.717.61 Supplier
57,152.50 GMS

If the dealer is claiming the supplier price money they get from GM for honoring the Credit Union Discount they MUST disclose to you the price they are selling the car for and if it varies from the supplier price. They must have you sign a form for this disclosure and it is open to audit by GM.

A dealer does not have to honor the Credit Union Discount Program. I know that all Hendrick Auto Group dealers are directed to honor the discount because of Ricks standing with GM.

The actual program rules currently state ALL 2008, 2009, and 2010 Chevy Trucks and Cars, but it also states the program expires April 30, 2009 and the incentives that you get are the incentives that are in place the day you take delivery of the vehicle.

The CU Discount has been extended evry month since January when it was announced.

when i ordered my camaro back in jan, i was told i have msrp got that in writing and he also said he would give me in incentives that had at the time of arrival and that i qualified for. 3 days ago i talked to the guy who has taken over didnt know about anything he was totaly in the dark of wat the other guy promised me. He talked to his boss and i think the gm or owner and was told i was lucky i got MSRP becuase all the other dealers are charging atleast a grand over.
Since my car will be here in early june, i have no leverage!! i qualify for college discount and credit union and soon military and i want get either on my car!! kinda put alittle cloud over my buying experience...

The Credit Union Discount is not compatible with GM Credit Card earnings. You cannot use both. Some of the other programs are also "stand alone" incentives that you cannot combine. Remember, these are GM's rules NOT your dealers!!

Just remember that there are lot of stipulations with all of these programs. You or the car may or may not qualify for some or all of them. Your dealer is wrong in that "all" the other dealers are charging $1,000 over sticker or more. That's simply not true. It's just a way for them to make you think you have to spend more. Your dealer should have no reason to not give you any incentives that will apply when you purchase your car.

If you're willing to wait, we are willing to honor ANY discount you qualify for.
