I agree! Just look how the body line flows all the way around the rear, perfect!!!!

The 1st gen. spoiler overhangs the deck lid. The sides also follow the body lines. This car screams for a 1st gen spoiler.
Side note: Ever see a 69 with a spoiler for the 67,68 on it? The 69 is wider and the spoiler will not go completely to the edge of the body.

We're planning ourselves to get the Dale Earnhardt Jr edition Duck Tail Spoiler when it becomes available. Looks more like what you would have seen in the old Trans Am Racing series of years past.
But I would prefer the Motion Camaro style Spoiler that was/is on the Home Page.

Not to big, Not to small and not to high and doesn't wrap around the sides like on second Gen Camaro's.

My husband wants it on our's cause he says it will hide the cars... As he calls them, It's ladies wide body looking "big hips" style (rear fenders) looking rear end!

Heck he was upset cause there were no Lip style spoilers for the Camaro in a Racing Game he plays called Need for Speed Undercover.

The upper one is a '69, but I don't think the spoiler for the '68 or '69 are any different. I believe it's fits both cars.

I really like the picture of the spoiler in the motion 5 pic.

i was dead set on getting the high rise spoiler. and i just got through staring at it forever. it just doesnt seem to go with the flow of the car.im not saying nothing bad about the hight or anything but i think that same spoiler lowered would go more with the curves of the rear end.that really doesn sit too high to flow with the car. i used paint to do this..with just a few inches off it looks way better..i made it to where the downturns on the sides of the wing would sit very close if not on the car itself.

Even though my 2SS/RS with 6 speed manual was built this week, I will get it soon I hope. I called the dealer parts department and I WAS able to order my Dovetail spoiler. It will come primed and I will have to get it painted before I install it.
