Very nice! Congrats and welcome! Nice to see some new members.

Since we are getting new members we need to get a meet going! Something that we can plan way ahead so we can get as many members as possible

@Hightower
I am sorry you are not alone anymore with the 45th in Atlanta.

I have already seen 572 HP's Camaro in real at a Camaro meeting south of Atlanta... Hopefully there is some time in the future to meet some of you guys.

One pic of my car:
Welcome to the club buddy. So we have 2 45th SS's in less than 48 hours lol.

Welcome Tim! What a beautiful car! Looks a lot like.... mine!
And now worries, I'm just glad to see another 45th around here! You've actually had yours about a week longer than I've had mine, and it sounds like you've got pretty much the exact same car as me! I've got the hurst short throw as well! Although I've got a sunroof even though I didn't need or want it, but the dealer gave a discount on it so I took it.

Look forward to meeting you! We'll need to park side by side at the next meet!

Oh and how are you liking your 45th so far?

I'm thinking most folks will not be able to do anything around the holidays. Could be wrong though

yeah that's what I thought too. I was just wondering if we should try something before christmas which gives us about a month. Or just wait 'till after. Doesn't matter to me, so I'll let everyone else chime in and decide. Heck, I'm new here anyways!

I'm really just about good for any weekend with prior notice. It'll be like a 220 mile drive from Statesboro (school) to Atlanta for me but I'm willing to do it for a meet. I'd prefer it to be on the East or South side somewhere, lol.

I really like my car, besides a small delivery scratch what it has. But my dealer will take care of that. What about yours?

I think a cool meet would be another one at stone mountain or somewhere to go see some christmas lights....(maybe somewhere else i don't know?) That would also be a good family activity for everyone...

If we do it before public schools get out it probably will be less crowded as well!

Glad to hear you're happy! That sucks about the scratch but it's good to hear the dealer is taking care of it.
I actually came home to mine this past friday. It was a surprise. The whole story is here:
http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=182244

Read it if you like. For the 2 days I had it, I loved it with all my heart. I probably spent 40% of my time home that weekend driving, haha! I'll be reunited with my camaro this friday, and I'll be taking it back to school with me this time. I know the first thing I'm gonna do when I get home this friday is say hey to my family and then go drive.

Yeah I'm pretty much down for anything. I went to the laser show at Stone Mountain about 2 years ago I think, it was pretty cool.

And that's true about schools.

I will be back home the 2nd week of next month (mid 3rd week the latest). But if I miss this meet I should be at the next C&O depending when it is. And all the meets after that since I will be home for good.
