he wants bone stock so tires would have to be factory for that otherwise it wont be bone stock. With DR he prob could get 11.7-11.8 maybe even better than that on a perfect run

That 12.25 on a stock tire is awesome. 12 flat would be incredible.

Buy some new tires and have them on stand by and do a massive burnout with the stock ones to get them all sticky and heated up than do the run.

Honesly, the numbers sound good but who knows how they will run at the track. We will soon see. If I were to choose between the 2 I would get the ZL1 just because im more of a Chevy fan. Ive had 7 Camaros, a 95 Firehawk, 2 Novas and 4 Mustangs in my time. I would love to see a side by side dyno sheet on the 2. Peak HP isnt everything, I want to know how much they both have below the curve. That tells alot. As far as looks, i still like the Camaro more. I just wish they would do something else to the azz end on the Camaro. It just doesnt do it for me. The front looks good though. The Mustang............well......it looks ok. Out of the Mustang, Camaro and Challenger, I like the looks of the Challenger by far.

Yeah no doubt. But one thing is for sure the announcement of this new stang has the auto industry a blaze. If it performs anything like its predecessor it will have no chance in stock form. But it worries me when one of the team Camaro guys comes out and says it might possibly be faster in a straight line. I know as of now a lot of people are discouraged by the 0-60 and quarter mile specs presented by the factory. A friend of mine has a gen II V and he is already laying into me how my new car is not any faster in those performance aspects.

The thing is you are probably going to have a 10 sec car with some slicks on the 2013 GT500........they are gonna rule the 1/4 mile

......it's up to Dodge to stop them now
