Thanks for the response. Is this going to be application specific for those of us that have other mod's already? Or one tune fits all type of deal?

Just talked to Dave on the phone at IPF asked him a few questions...

1) Financing is not available, they don't see that happening in the future as well. They are trying to make it so, they can sell these units to dealers and after market shops around the country. They are expecting to ship in December, Merry Christmas!

2) Install time will be recorded as 9 hrs, but they believe any decent tech can get this done within 6 hrs.

3)My big concern was tuning, so I asked him what kind of support will be offered. They may include a handheld module, which can help you download tunes from a website, install and maybe log, so they can tune as needed. I explained the support we get from Trifecta and they understood the concern being if the car is your only ride, then you want to make sure the car doesn't have a lot of downtime.

I was very impressed with Dave's candor, pretty excited about this product. Now I just need to figure out some creative accounting

its not horsepower only logic if it was then the car should run high 11s just because a gtr puts down 420. the 05-10 mustang gt probably has 10 to 20 more rwhp then the 230rwhp stock camaro thats where the half a second comes in. better tires on the ss would make a big difference

Magazines list the 05-09 Mustang GTs at 13.5... But i RARELY see stock one run anywhere near that! They are usually low 14s... And I've seen a LOT of them run...

Yep now we have to get some extra TQ now from somewhere lol. TQ is like 330rwtq to the 425rwhp. But I'll settle for those numbers and get some DR for traction. Also waiting to see what that other SC kit is going to kick out on the dyno lol!

It's going to come down to a battle of the tunes. The IPF guys seem to be able to do something different than Vince, which means the other supercharger may have less power.
It should be interesting.....
