Removing Havoc Side Skirts

I'm wanting to remove my Havoc Side skirts. I know they just go over the normal sides with One screw into the wheel liner, plastic pieces under the car and 3M tape.

My question is how do you get the plastic pieces out. I don't have the car lifted or jacked currently so it's hard to see but the pieces under the car are not like the pieces that hold the wheel liner in place or the trunk pieces.

Is there a special way to remove these? Or just pull with a screw driver and wiggle them out? I don't want to mess up the skirts since I want to sell them.

Any help? Thanks

*I tried taking photos of the plastic pieces but they can out crappy as the camera was too close (car's lowered and skirts make it lower)
