If you ever drive up I-81, I live in Jonesborough, Tn. Tennessee's oldest town and home to the International Story Telling Festival In Oct. Not to mention President Andrew Johnsons home and grave in Greenville,Tn along 11-E and between the two towns on 11-E is Davey Crockets birth place and state park. Lots of history in these hills. Further north up 11E is Elizabethton,Tn. Home to the Over Mountain Men that kicked The English's butt in the Revolutionary War and led to Cornwall's retreat to Yorktown and his serender and the wars end.

I was up that way a few weeks ago on the Virginia creeper trail and we stayed with friends in Jonesborough.

Sorry couldn't make it. I had to go save my boat. The high waters floated it off the lift and when the waters went down yesterday it started falling off the back of the lift. Managed to save the boat with minimal damage, lift is not in such good shape....

Hooters Club Meeting Yesterday only had 3 Camaros and 1 (Bad Ass) Corvette show. Everybody requested we just pick one day of the month and go with it so we picked the first Saturday of each month.

I realize we all have family, lives, obligations and things will come up unexpectedly. Those things are completely understandable, especially during this time of the year.

When we only have 3 members (Same 3) show up at the last two meetings, thats getting really pathetic.

If you guys have any suggestions please let us know, Until then, I vote we cancel the winter meetings due to weather and some peoples lack of interest.
