I went to a couple of car dealerships last week. At first I stopped at was Kia. Well nothing caught my eye, but the price was right.
Then I went to a Ford dealer. I didn't really find anything I liked, but every car had a pair of shoes in the trunk. At last I went to the Chevy dealer. Well I see one that I like. The dealer does the once over with me, then he pops the trunk. Disapointed, I looked at the dealer and said: "Well, theres something missing." The dealer puzzled asks: "What?" I said: "At the Ford dealership I checked out, they had a new pair of shoes in the trunk of every car!" Smiling the dealer says: "That's so they can walk home!" |

 i wouldn't take this out on GM, there is always delays between production starting and showing up on dealer lots. The difference this time is people actually care about the car, and on this forum we're practically hanging by the seat of our pants following every possible development. i confess i may not fully understand your situation as i haven't pre-ordered a car and therefore don't wake up every morning pondering the order status. Scott is very active on this site, and i appreciate every bit of information he is kind enough to pass along to all the readers of this site. and about him only dropping hints, i gladly take those hints and spend the next few days dreaming up what he could be eluding to. I hope he doesn't read this and think that overnight the whole forum turned against GM and is now gone postal.  have patience, your cars are coming

In the End...
I'm loving Chevy for bringing back the Camaro and making it the sexiest car I have ever seen. I'm loving Chevy for having that email service that notified me on 10/13 to pre-order my Camaro. I'm not loving the wait, but it is still possibly sooner then I expected. I'm loving my dealership (Parkland Chevy) and the fact that they love talking with me and the same excitment is in their voices when I talk to them that I have in mine! I'm loving this site for all the GREAT information I have read and learned about. Scotty don't go! I guess I am in a loving mood  I am a bit older then some and I realize that in today's INSTANT society I can still handle the wait and I knew waiting would be part of it..... Because in the END I WILL BE DRIVING MY SEXY 2SS/RS
