Have your dealer call the Dealer Business Center (or the Canadian equivilent; I think you're in Canada, right?).
They can give him the rail road company or companies that will be transporting your car, the number of the rail car your Camaro will be sitting in, and the final rail yard distribution center location.

Once you have that info, visit it that link, find the appropriate rail company, and find their link for tracking or tracing a rail car. It may be a web page, more than likely a telephone number.

I was invited to a GM products seminar today for buyers, potential buyers, reps, salespeople, etc. Here are some of the pictures I took. I didn't post all the pictures as faces could be seen in the rest of them. I'll black the faces out and post when I'm done.

This particular one is a 2010 Camaro SS/RS with an automatic.

The pictures do it NO justice. Would definitely look better in front of my house...or someone's house!

The rep started the engine...nice V8 sound! Very impressive. For a brief moment I thought maybe I didn't want the V6 I have coming in. V8 will be in the future!

For the VIN tracking stuff; I thought I saw one that also listed the dealer number, but I can't find it now.

If you click the link to the gm.ca site for the car on my page it has the dealer number in the URL.

sometimes i think they are only letting ucf_woot find so many camaros...like keeping wuteva system he is getting his info from delayed so we dont know they really pumped out 7000 cars already so on may 6th they can flood the nation with mutiple camaros at every dealer!










or atleast this is just what i hope... =/

It's getting the info from the same web pages we've all got access to and each VIN links to. It just does it automatically at computer speed.

There's a thread about it. That auction/VIN is bogus. Lots of things wrong with it but mainly that VIN is impossible. The charcter "R" is invalid for the 5th digit. Also, 7 (is 9 for all the current cars) is invalid for the 11th spot.

He can either take a screen shot and send it to you or I belive if he clicks the "print" button on the page it will give him a PDF which he can save and email to you.
