It's done for now. More Canadian cars are likely later in the day but that should be it for the US cars.

So my dealer doesn't suk, they know what they are doing, and my TPW = 20-27 April which is next week.

I wouldn't get too excited about that TPW.....

My TPW was last week and my car probably will not get built until next week based upon when I went to 3400.

They are running 2-3 weeks behind projected TPW's right now.

Maybe to focus on the V6's, not sure.

So much for having my car before May!!

My TPW, was 3-23-09 so they are running 2-3 weeks behind projected TPW's...
But the good news is Thanks to UCF w00t and heinzd01 i got my vin #,
it was in today's list for vins.

My Dealer called me on Tuesday 4/14/09 and said no new news, still at 3400, since 3/28/09.

Today 4/16/09 my VIN #2G1FT1EWXA9103401 pops up on the list and WHOOO HOOO! there she is. I know Fbodfather says the CAMARO is masculine, but for me I am going to treat her like a lady, a drop dead gorgeous lady...

It's kinda funny. First you go to the MSRP or less and ordering threads to figure out your options and how to order. Then you go to the "my dealer sucks" thread (pick one of many) and complain about how bad your dealer sucks. Then you come here once it's been submitted to production and wait for it to be built. Then on to the rail tracking thread to figure out where/when it's going. And then on to the car hauler tracking thread to see when it'll hit the dealership. And finally the "my car is here!!!" thread (don't think there is one yet).

Has anyone on here claimed VIN # 401? I heard this car was coming to my town, but i dont live near Springfield, IL. Any insight anyone?

That one is supposed to be going to my dealer that I ordered from (Friendly Chevrolet in Springfield, IL). I've talked to a sales manager a couple of times and he has referred to that VIN number specifically as the first car they ordered, so I'm pretty sure the Springfield info on w00t's tracking site is accurate.

Also, for what it's worth, it supposedly missed the first train out of Canada because there wasn't enough space on the rail cars (VIN too high, others in line first), but should be on the next one.
