2010 subaru sti vs 2011 camaro ss

I will be racing on a abandoned air strip, which i have permission to use. The race would be from a roll (60 to 130 MPH). The subaru has exhaust, downpipes, intake, blow off valve, sway bars and lowering springs. I am not sure about the tune, but i have rode in the car and it feels similar to my camaro. My camaro- L99 with borla ATAK exhaust, K & N air intake.

DOES HE HAVE A CHANCE OF TAKING ME FROM A ROLL??????

-----is it worth doing a fuse pull/ would that effect anything?

THIS IS NOT STREET RACING!!!!!!!!

what are the mods on your car? he might be around 450+ crank; i think they come 400 stock.

where is the abandoned air strip?

Your car is basically stock. I think he will take you.

stock for stock you would take him, and that AWD won't really give him any advantage at those speeds.
But with all his mods he might pull out ahead. Not by too much though.

Unless he's tuned you got nothing to worry about. They dyno in the 240-250whp range stock. He's not picking up 100whp unless he's tuned. Even with a tune, unless he's running a bigger turbo, I don't see him edging you out in a 40-130 race.

New STI's require a tune with a CAI so I'd say it has a tune.

Since he has a BOV I would say that you should win. Only retarded ricers swap out the factory STI BOV at that power level, and its probably even vented to the atmosphere which hurts performance.

Not all STi intakes require a tune. I think even with a tune, and all the mods listed, the SS will come out on top when it comes to a race from 40-130.

i just found out it does not have a CAI, so im not sure about a tune... he bought the car used with all of these upgrades, so he isn't really in to modding the engine. I think i could take him on a roll, becuase really all he has is full exhuast and possibly a tune.

That means he probably don't know how to drive. I won't be scared from a standing start either.

Try 305 at the crank stock.

You have this. Those cars really aren't that fast from a roll.

Yes do a fuse pull the night before just in case. Can't possibly hurt anything.

Haha.

Only I, in my 3rd world country, have an airstrip to use.

OP are you tuned? I think you have him top end even if you're not tuned, but he might surprise you.

2010 or 2011 STI? Because a 2011 with bolt ons will toast you.

Also, assume he has to a tune because turbo cars really need them if you add bolt ons.
