Hey. Both my orders got updated to 2030 however I don't see anything being modified. Did this happen to anyone else?

Both my orders were at 1102 but this morning they changed to status 2030 (order edited or modified)

BOTH your orders..?? Just caught that! You takin no chances! Both updated to 2030 with same dealer or separate dealers? I wonder what you're gonna do when you have to pick them up same day? Just kidding! Good luck!

I'm in the same boat and have observed the same change/jump. Maybe one of our dealership friends can tell us what this means?

2030- order updated/ edited by Chevrolet. There's been a change of some sort

I'd look at it as good news. If not another glitch, once it is past 2000, means your dealer was able to use an allocation. Let's just hope it stays at 2000 or above.

Same here. Both of mine updated to 2030 but I don't see any different options in the order details on gmconnects. Suede and expsed CF on the hood still not showing but that's not new...

Allocations are limited and there people out there with more than 1 order number? And some people complain about greedy dealers!

"Greedy dealers" is precisely the reason I have 2 orders. The 1st dealer I was able to secure an order with assured me they would mark the car over MSRP by 5 or 10 thousand. They made me sign a document that MSRP is NOT guaranteed and my deposit is fully refundable if I decide to back out for any reason at any time.

So I kept shopping around and found a second dealer later willing to guarantee MSRP but there was confusion around the 2nd dealer with actual allocation to I'm waiting to cancel my 1st order until I know I have a car @ MSRP.

Dealers wanna play games? We'll learn how to play too. That's what happens.

The 2nd dealer I'm working with actually claims to have 1 more left @ MSRP so if anyone is still looking, PM me. Who knows if he's right...

I got the same email from GM Connects. I had called my dealer last week to get the illuminated footwell lighting added to my order.

Nice to see a little progression, for whatever reason. =]

Also I don't blame you 1st Gen Forever, but I would call & cancel the one you aren't using while they can still modify the options. Just being considerate. Just because they aren't doesn't mean you have to lower yourself to their level.

I don't think you're greedy for doing this. If you can afford a zl1 and put in the time to find two potential dealers, then more power to you!

Let the haters hate... If someone doesn't have an allocation at this point and wants one but cannot find one that is on them.
