I'm wondering if an x pipe helps with any hp?

i almost want to say that i do feel a little bit of a difference in hp, but maybe thats just because it sounds faster haha

Sounds great. I did magnaflows and resonator delete and wasn't much louder than stock. Headers and x pipe next lol

what does an x pipe do compared to a normal exhaust system?

I have a V-6 with the resonated Magnaflow X-Pipe. When I first installed it it got slower but the next day it was kicking ass. I assume the computer saw the change and something updated over night. I just have 3 minor mods (Axleback, Intake and sprintbooster)without a tune and running 13.9s with loaded down trunk. Not bad for a 3750lb V6.
