Good morning Becky, are you able to get my railcar info or does the selling dealer have to get it?
I have one of those dealers that are not to bright when it comes to tracking.
Any help is appreciated...

You selling dealer can get it through GM Global Connect. If they look at your order, there is an event history that if they click on it will show the railcar #. If they still don't get it try calling customer service 80-222-1020 and they should be able to provide it to you. Good luck

Not getting my hopes up since GMConnects hasn't shown a change from 3400 but will you check anyway?
