This is the truth....jersey prohibits a lot unless you are carrying to and from the range or grounds. I have a hefty torque wrench for now.

Sure does, but that pails in comparison to the south. And the gang stuff is more just the media being bored with the lack of a riot... =p I dunno, but I can comfortably walk down the shadiest part of town without feeling like Im going to be attacked or anything.
