The best compliments I have received have no words attached. When a whole family stops dead in their tracks and just stares is about the best I can imagine.

I did have one girl at a station jump out of her car and ask, "is that a corvette?". lol

Yes seeing it sitting on the Rotor i wanted to cry but was more thankful i didn't smash the guardrail less than 2 feet away, the lake less than 15 feet on the other side of the road or the 18 wheeler who was actually paying attention enough for me to straighten her out from sliding sideways in the roadway, damn those Brembos straightened me right up!

I don't think there has been a day gone by of which I did not receive at least one compliment. Lots of "sweet car" and "that's my dream car" comments. I really enjoy the elderly folks eyeing my ride. Their facial expressions are priceless. What I enjoy most is the kids. Even the wee-little ones stare and wave with fastination on their faces. My favorite thing to do is wave or honk back at them. They jump up and down telling mom or dad "did you see, that driver waved at me"! Kids love the fifth gen Camaros!
Just this morning a van load of 10-15 high school kids driving down the freeway (heading to a school sporting event) all hung their cell phones out the window and snapped repeated shots. I slowley rolled by them with window down and a picture perfect thumbs up!
I really enjoy the attention this car gets. Funny thing is... when I drive one of my other vehicles, I miss the attention.

Today I had a guy walk past in my parking garage who stopped and told me that he looks at my car everyday as he works. Said he loves it and I chatted with him and told him I'd take him for a spin sometime. I never will though. Keep dreaming pal.

I was washing my car in a not so friendly part of Savannah... (only place with a self service bay wash though), when a little girl (8 or 9) walked by with her mom and went "damn mommy, that car isss fresh!"
