I've had some come off my arm rest. Everything else still looks good.

Do all the interiors come with a white, or gray stitching? I plan to get beige, and want to make sure that if it has black stitching, there is still a way to do this

All vehicles come with white stitching, unless you get the IOM interior package.

Oh and the 45th anniversary edition comes with red, white, and blue stitching

I want to do this! So which gives you the darker color. The Elmers painter pen or the fabric dye?

Elmers is def a richer color, but it will fade a bit after a couple months. Perfectionists should be ready to reapply 2-3x a year.

I bought the FabricMate dye pens. If I want it darker I can just go over it an extra time right? I think I remember reading in this thread that a vinegar/water solution will set the dye. Is this correct? Thanks

I spent 3 hours doing mine on Fri. It was VERY simple. It really is idiot proof. I use the FabricMate pens. I took it out of my garage yesterday to look at it in full sunlight. I saw where thered was a little red residue on the leather. Got out some leather cleaner and it wiped right off. Do it! I promise you won't regret it.

Has anybody tried this with a sharpie?

I went to Office depot today and they have tons of Sharpie colors. I picked up a light blue that almost perfectly matches the ABL blue in out interior, below is a pic. Do you think sharpies will work?

i don't see why not, but if you're hesitant, try a less obvious spot like the two or three stitches under the middle compartment or under the head rests.
