Go to your dealer or call them on Tuesday, part # is good, you are looking at the front end of a program run by a provider that has no 2012 parts listed.

Right you still need the fog light, you can reuse the DRL that you have.

Call Tuesday there closed on Monday, I think banks and post office is closed.

Thinking of taking a trip to the parts warehouse with my old man, retired gm employee to pick this stuff up... What have you guys spent all in all so far? Does anyone have a near complete picture in victory red?

2SSRS you seem to be the man on this project. I see there is some alignment issues with the front fascia and the stock hoods.. What about the guys wanting to only go with the hoods? will the hoods mate up with the stock SS fascia?

And is your GM dealer the only place to get these parts right now?

I can only tell you list price but in list i have less then $1000 for the bumper, and a lot less in good guy price.

The hood will take some work here is why, the air outlets look like it will hit the TB on your LS3 or L99 then three is the CAI, i have one coming and will update soon, Last you can have you body shop fix the lines on your SS bumper to work.

Hmm, guess I'll have to sort through the thread, see what p/ns are necessary and see what it'd run me.. Sounds tempting.

This plus a SLP hood would be perfection to me.

It may be a bit tricky to have a body shop fix the lines on the ZL1 bumper. I talked to a body shop guy and he said that the plastic bumper doesn't expand and contract at the same rate as the body filler materials they use. Over time, the modified facia may start to have problems due to this.

I'm no expert on this, but I'm just reporting back what my trusted body-shop guy told me.

Someone really should make a complete kit for this ready to go on an SS that will match the cowl lines on the SS hood.

Lots of good stuff happening to my Camaro while I'm out enjoying the holidays with dfamily and friends. Stay tuned for pictures of a summit white zl1 front end come begining .of January
