Well, I am still at 1100 myself.

I am #2 at my dealership and they said their first one is to be built this week. The funny thing is they do not seem to have a grasp of event codes. They said the order was pulled for the first car to be built this week. I was thinking that the order had to be pulled before this to be built this week.

I am hoping mine is built in May or June. I am stopping in later this week and asking them to pull up the report for me to see if my event code is moved off of 1100.

Yes it does. I am #2 of 8 at my dealer, but his first car isn't even built yet! I keep watching the VIN list and I am seeing cars built for other Denver area dealers. My dealer must just have low priority. I have gone thru all the phases - denial, anger, etc. Now just resigned to the fact that I won't get my car until June. :(

Hey Pink, did you order a the manual or auto? If you ordered the manual, there is a delay. They wont be built til first week May, if you ordered Auto, and went to 3000, then i think you just might get surprised. Trms car never had a TPW and got built first day. So i think yous should be built rather soon!

I ordered a 2LT RS on October 21st. I just got notified by my dealer this morning that my status has changed to 3000. I was at 1100 previously, and he told me I leapfrogged their other order that is currently at 2000.

They had a problem with the clutch pressure plate, 2nd gear synchro and something else but i forgot the other one. ANyways thats why all people who had gotten TPWs such as myself and 72GTO have been pushed back to May 4th TPW. Only if you ordered the manual. If you notice in the tracking thread, there have only been auto v6s built, no manual ones yet, im hoping that they get built soon though!

I thought that the transmission is just shipped to them from Aisin, already assembled, as an off-the-shelf unit complete with clutch. I didn't realize they would need to fiddle around with synchros and clutch plates.

yeah i ordered an automatic... so maybe it will work out for the better..

My dealer emailed me and said that he submitted an SS the same day as mine, and checked it's event code today and it has shipped.
