Got a little gas first and left them a minor "rubber stamp" on the way out, shifting to 2nd early for my passengers comfort sake .Then headed out from CR to Palo. Stopped off for a few pics and returned home with a minor grin, knowing the next 3 months are going to go by in no time.

So, to keep ya'll on your toes,

What's wrong with this picture?

ps - I added another album "XMAS" for a few gifts recvd I'd thought I'd share with my Contacts.
what's wrong with this pic, hmmm. If I were a dealer I would have to say that is a car I would cover under warranty anytime!!!!

Just kidding-

Yes the MAIN answer was the gas price-good eye. I have other pics with it showing 2.98, the sunlight was just right- couldn't resist.
I knew no one would believe I owned a 5th gen decades ago when it was 98cents. A decade from now $2.98 will seem like a steal.

Rberns got the secondary reason- car decals have changed, room for new fresh ones.

Tim
Haha yeah I do have this thread subscribed. I saw that and my jaw dropped.

Unhappy

OK, I'm in Columbus, Indiana this week visiting my daughter and my grandson.

I see a nice, victory red 1LT sitting across from her apartment. I can also appreciate the fact the guy can not afford a storage locker for his Camaro for the winter and tried his best to protect it.

However, my daughter told me the cover on this Camaro has been like this for 2 weeks!!! He finally covered it up again yesterday AFTER it rained and snowed on it.

I hope this guy is not a member of Camaro5. If he's home, I'll find out today when I go to his door and ask him about his car. Then tell him about our friendly little forum here on the internet.

The license plate has been edited to protect at least some of his dignity...

Thumbs up

Most of you know I bought a second 5th Gen earlier this year, a victory red 2010 1LT/RS I named Deuce and back in June I sold it for the Cruze LT/RS I drive.

Two weeks ago, my better half asked me what I wanted for Christmas(you know where this is going ). I told her another Camaro.

Well, long story short... winter won't be so bad having Domino in storage because...

Selena is a "loaded to the gills", red jewel tintcoat 2010 2LT/RS!!! Yes, I do have winter rims and tires for her.

Better pictures will be posted friday, saturday, or when I get around to it.

Rberns...see Tim's ride? See it out and about on Christmas day? Mine was out that weekend too. THIS IS WHY WE DON'T PUT THEM ON JACKSTANDS!

My brother is in town today...he wants a ride. Hmmm. If you see a flash of bright green...it is probably us.

I will have to run by Palo to see if I can get any of that .98 gas.
